How many of us can say that we truly love ourselves with all of our flaws and past mistakes? Do we feel we can allow ourselves to show all the sides of us that we believe to be unacceptable or unlovable by some learned standards? Is it really the judgement, rejection and hurt we may feel from other people that we need to avoid or the rejection we have of ourselves that we need to understand and learn to accept?
Women have such a powerful and profound inner world that is worthy of love in all its facets and complexities. When we start to learn to understand ourselves with compassion, patience and persistence, we can learn to Love the Woman in the Mirror.
Join Deanna Smith and Tina Wong in an experiential workshop to explore some of the barriers that keep us from experiencing a deeper love with ourselves and start to be the love that we always wanted.
